1. CONDITIONS AND CONSIDERATIONS
- GIGI’S WELLNESS CENTER SPA HAVE A NO-REFUND POLICY FOR DONE SERVICES AND PAID PACKAGES.
- OUR LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPISTS MAINTAIN THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM. ANY INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED, AND WILL LEAD TO IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE SERVICE, WITHOUT REFUNDS AND BANNED FOR FUTURES APPOINTMENTS.
- THE USE OF DRAPING IS MANDATORY THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE MASSAGE SESSION, WITHOUT ANY EXCEPTIONS AND THE FAILING OF THIS POLICY WILL LEAD TO IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE SERVICE, WITHOUT REFUNDS AND BANNED FOR FUTURES APPOINTMENTS.
- THE EXCHANGE OF CONTACT DETAILS BETWEEN CLIENTS AND THERAPISTS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
- IF THE MASSAGE SERVICE TAKES PLACE IN A BUILDING OR HOTEL THAT IS NOT LOCATED ON THE FIRST FLOOR, THE AVAILABILITY OF A FUNCTIONAL ELEVATOR IS REQUIRED. FAILING TO HAVE AN ELEVATOR WILL RESULT IN THE SERVICE BEING CONSIDERED AS COMPLETED AND WILL INCUR A CHARGE OF 50% OF THE SERVICE PRICE.
- IF THE CLIENT FAILS TO ARRIVE AT THE SCHEDULED TIME AND LOCATION (WITH A GRACE PERIOD OF 30 MINUTES), THE SERVICE WILL BE CONSIDERED AS COMPLETED AND WILL INCUR A CHARGE OF 100% OF THE SERVICE PRICE.
- IF THE CLIENT SHOWS UP BEYOND THE AGREED TIME, THE DELAY WILL BE SUBTRACTED FROM THEIR SERVICE DURATION.
- IT IS ESSENTIAL TO REMOVE ANY ACCESSORIES (E.G., NECKLACES, RINGS, ETC) AND CLOTHING BEFORE THE MASSAGE BEGINS.
- THE CLIENT SHOULD ENSURE TO REMOVE ANY POTENTIAL DISTRACTIONS IN THE MASSAGE AREA (E.G., CELL PHONES, TELEVISION, ETC).
- A PEACEFUL AND CALM ENVIRONMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENSURE A PLEASANT AND ENJOYABLE MASSAGE EXPERIENCE.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY.
- CLIENTS HAVE UP TO 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE.
- CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE APPOINTMENT WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUIVALENT TO 100% OF THE SERVICE PRICE.
